The Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) programme is an academically rigorous applied doctoral degree programme.  It is designed to cultivate in-service senior public administration talents or practical talents for Macao, the Greater Bay Area, and the Greater China Region capable in both academia and profession.  This programme also trains public policy researchers and think tank analysts and equips them with the analytical skills and practical knowledge required to analyse public administration and public policy.

The DPA programme helps students in systematically mastering cutting-edge public administration concepts and knowledge, deepening their understanding of public administration and public management, and improving their level of research in public policy issues to cope with the challenge of increasingly complex public affairs in the real world and improve the overall level of public governance in Macao and the Greater China Region.
